Do I need a new logo to work with you?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If your current logo and branding still work, we’ll keep them and build around it. But if your logo looks like it was made in WordArt, we’ll gently (okay, firmly) recommend an upgrade.

How long does it take to build a website?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the size and complexity. A simple, sleek site can be ready in 4–6 weeks. A bigger, custom project may take 8–12 weeks. The good news: we handle everything from design to development to launch, so you won’t be stuck piecing things together.

Do you only do one-off projects, or can we work long-term?

Accepted Answer

Both. We love designing one-off projects like branding or websites, but many of our clients stay with us on creative retainers. That way, they always have us on call for graphics, site updates, campaign designs, and more.

Do you work with clients outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re remote-first and work with businesses across the US, UK, EU and beyond. As long as you’ve got Wi-Fi and ambition, we’re in.

What if I don’t know what I need yet?

Accepted Answer

That’s fine, many clients come to us with “I think I need a website?” or “My brand feels off?” We’ll talk it through, figure out the gaps, and recommend the right mix (no upsell, no fluff, just what works).
